Take time to focus on supporting our body while supporting others.
We will spend 1 hour and a half working on releasing tensions through bodywork – using partner yoga and breath work to deepen our yoga practise seeing the effects of soft pressure within poses. While looking at how to keep strong in your daily posture and therefore when massaging.
Then going onto earning techniques to help you feel more confident with massage, providing space and support for friends and family through soft tissue release. In turn learning how to receive massages – the art of letting go and give over to releasing the muscles and stress.
Lavender eye bags and bolster will be used to help soften the body with a true relaxation at the end to bring all that focus back together.
By bringing into focus the holistic nature of relaxation, we stimulate the parasympathetic nervous system which allow our systems to restore and hence our mind and muscles to relax.
