This 2 hour workshop will look at breathwork, using yoga poses to start to focus on your own inner stregnth and calmness, to then bring you closer to how to work safely with your body while helping others release muscle tension and relax - looking at using massage during and out of yoga, applying pressure in a much more confident and assured way.
