A weekend for you - to find some time alone, to reconnect with a friend, or simply to develop your practise. My classes allow you to focus on your individual needs, but we work in a way that’s not your typical class. I encorporate a lot of focus on the body - trying to help us disconnect from our busy over thinking minds and draw closer to the sensations and feelings we so often bury deep. Or maybe something lighter…a time to eat great food and move. each person has their own reason for joining….do you feel the need?
